Initial Engagement

My initial engagement is generally from someone who has the authority to authorise payment for training, coaching and/or consultancy services, this is most commonly Senior Management/Leadership or the Executive Team.

In large organisations this could also be Curriculum Leads or Subject Leads and Quality Managers.
