Support and upskilling for apprenticeship training providers
The services I provide are varied and flexible to meet your needs. I work in-person and online, one-to-one and in groups.
Consultancy
Most of my consulting to date has been supporting training providers to ensure their teams achieve the expected levels of teaching confidence and competence for Maths and English. However, my advice and expertise can often extend to strategy and procedural development, quality assurance, and/or support with Ofsted preparation, depending on the challenges I’m presented with.
I collaborate with you and learn more about the problems you’re facing. I analyse the information and share my findings with you, recommending how I can help. From here, I develop an action plan outlining the training and upskilling I’ll provide through webinars, workshops, coaching or a blended approach.
Webinars and Workshops
I provide a range of instructor-led webinars and in-person workshops that support best practice Maths and English skills with apprentices.
Topics for training are wide-ranging to suit your needs, such as how to meet Ofsted requirements for integrating Maths and English in programmes, effective programme planning and progress monitoring for Maths and English, and best use of technology to assist with ongoing support in Maths and English.
Training courses
I provide external training and am invited to speak at industry events on various Learning and Development and Skills Training topics. I deliver training and talks that address core skill gaps and business challenges, particularly literacy and numeracy, digital skills, coaching, mentoring and teaching.
