| Details | GMLPN CEIAG exchanges provide an important opportunity for providers to explore how careers education, information, advice and guidance supports learner progression, inclusion and long-term outcomes. As expectations around employability, progression pathways and learner support continue to evolve, organisations are increasingly being challenged to ensure CEIAG is embedded meaningfully across the learner journey — not treated as a standalone activity. This online exchange brings together practitioners and leaders from across the Greater Manchester provider network to discuss current priorities, share approaches and explore emerging themes linked to learner aspiration, progression and workforce readiness. Key areas of discussion may include: Embedding CEIAG across curriculum and delivery Supporting learner confidence and progression planning Aligning employability and destination outcomes Responding to local and national priorities Strengthening inclusive approaches to guidance and support The exchange supports collaborative reflection and professional dialogue, helping organisations strengthen coherence between curriculum, learner support and progression outcomes.
